Horrible this was my first time using. First doctor I was scheduled for never called. I called Amwell they apologized and explained some doctors will decline if it's not video. Ok set me up for video Well, the next doctor I was waiting for shows they were connecting then was switched to another doctor so I'm waiting again. Next doctor kept connecting for the video but then just called. After I informed her that I'm post covid 5 months ago long hauler. Last week all symptoms returned even worse haven't slept in 2 day because is pain. She said take Tylenol and get another test. I might as well have given this $80 to a bum... smh that conversation was literally 2 mins.

My daughter has bowel movement issues and her physician help me with her issues professionally. Great physician ????‍⚕️

I went on Amwell looking for a quick fix for my eczema thinking that I knew exactly what I wanted. I’ve had eczema basically since I was born and have previously treated it what seems like a million times, always the same way, but the doctor on amwell that I got a same day telehealth appointment with took the time to listen to my concerns and inevitably end up addressing them better than I could have asked. His treatment suggestion cleared up my eczema on my face and eyes within days of treatment and before the wedding I was standing up in! He also made himself available to contact if I ended up not being happy with the treatment he prescribed. Shoutout to Dr. Marc Serota for being a great physician and a help to me and my face!

Service was quick and professional. Was able to get a prescription that night.

I was able to see a doctor immediately but the prescriptions that were prescribed by the doctor were never sent to my pharmacy, even after several messages were sent notifying the doctor of this.

There was a lot of static during the visit and it kept cutting in and out and I was unable to hear a lot of what the doctor was saying.

The convenience is amazing. I can't believe that on a Sunday of a holiday weekend I am able to see a physician within 30 minutes of deciding I need to. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! The physician I saw was helpful and direct. He listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease.

There is no comprehensive list of which conditions can be treated through the virtual visit, so I ended up paying $55 for them to take 30 seconds to tell me I will need to visit a doctor in person. There should NEVER be a charge for you to figure out if your condition is appropriate for a virtual visit. I expect a refund.

Amwell is so convenient. It's fast, easy and the Dr's are very helpful and knowledgeable. Customer for life!

was great at first, then my insurance was not being charged, then they raised the price from $99 to $269 without reason. will no longer use service.
